Starting 10 July 2021, Five Star will resume its operations between Metro Manila and Cauayan City, Isabela. It will be a point-to-point route so there will be no pick-up or drop-off along the way. The bus will depart in Cubao, Quezon City.
Trip resumes effective 22 December 2021.

- Wear your Facemask and Faceshield upon boarding.
