Evaristo & Sons Sea Transport started as a cargo shipping company in 2012. Later on, it diversified its business and acquired its first Roll-on, roll-off (RORO) vessel which was later named MV Precious Ferry. Then, it offered a faster service between Siargao and Surigao City through its fast craft vessels.

Evaristo & Sons Sea Transport has 4x daily trips from Surigao to Dapa, Siargao and from Dapa to Surigao. It offers both RORO and fast craft service. The first trip from both Surigao and Dapa is 6:00 am and the last trip from Dapa is 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm from Surigao.
