The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) in Region I has recently announced on its Facebook page that it has already issued special permit to allow bus operators to resume limited trips between Candon City and Vigan City.
To ensure the safety of both passengers and staff, strict social distancing measures are enforced. All passengers are required to wear facemasks all the time while traveling.
