This is the list of active inter-provincial routes in Cagayan Valley Region under the General Community Quarantine period. As of now, only routes within the region are allowed. Trips to and from outside the regional boundaries of Region 2 are not yet allowed.
As a precautionary measure to combat the spread of covid-19, strict social distancing measure is implemented. A no mask, no ride policy is also in place. Please make sure to wear your mask properly at all times while traveling. If your travel is not important, just stay home for now.
As of May 19, 2020, there are 12 routes that have been approved by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) office in Cagayan Valley. Some are already operational, while others are still pending.

- Tuguegarao City–Brgy. San Jose, Baggao and Vice Versa
- Tuguegarao City–Santiago City via Ilagan City and Vice Versa
- Tuguegarao City–Santiago City via Ilagan City and Vice Versa
- Cauayan City–Ilagan City and Vice Versa
- San Agustin, Isabela–Claveria, Cagayan (Via Maddela, Santiago City, and Ilagan City) & Vice Versa
- San Agustin, Isabela–Tuguegarao City (Via Maddela, Santiago, and Ilagan) & Vice Versa
- Tuguegarao City–Aparri, Cagayan and Vice Versa
- Tuguegarao City–Sta. Praxedes, Cagayan and Vice Versa
- Tuguegarao City–Claveria, Cagayan and Vice Versa
- Tuguegarao City–Sta. Fe (Via Ilagan City) and Vice Versa
- Nagtipunan, Quirino–Tuguegarao City (via Roxas) and Vice Versa
- Brgy. Minuri, Jones–Santiago City, Isabela and VIce Versa
