Victory Liner Cubao to Baguio Bus Schedule

Good news for people traveling to Baguio from Manila! Victory Liner has just announced it will resume its bus trips from Baguio City to Cubao starting December 26, 2020. Trips are still limited and are subject to change. There will be one trip from Baguio to Cubao on December 26, and two trips from December 27 onwards. Trips from Cubao to Baguio will resume on December 28 with two daily trips, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Bus Fare

The fare between Baguio to Cubao during the community quarantine period will be P576.

Travel Requirements

Testing requirements have been reimplemented effective 19 March 2021.

The following are required to present negative RT-PCR, Antigen test, or Saliva test result conducted within 72 hours prior to entering Baguio or have themselves tested at the Central Triage – Baguio Convention Center (Antigen test: P350 for Baguio residents; P500 for non-residents and tourist.

  • Non-resident Private Sector Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs) on Official Travel
  • Non-Resident Travelers on personal, leisure, or non-work-related travel purposes
  • Tourists
  • Returning Baguio Residents

The following are EXEMPTED from testing:

  • Government Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) on official travel
  • Passing through
  • Drop and Go (drivers only)
  • Emergency and Non-Emergency Medical Cases
  • Cargo, Utilities, and those on humanitarian causes.
