The San Agustin P2P bus departs from Imus District in Cavite and Trasierra in Makati. Their schedule is only from Monday to Friday. Trips on Saturday and Sunday are still unavailable as of now.

- Last trip: 7:00 PM
P2P Makati to Imus
- First trip: 7:00 AM
- Last trip: 9:00 PM
The trip interval is around 30 minutes or depending on the volume of passengers.
